Hi, I’m Kelly, and I love creating food that’s beautiful, approachable, and full of flavor! For over 20 years, I’ve taught cooking classes, led workshops, and helped plan events — all with one goal: helping people make food that impresses without stress. While Chef Leo inspires the kitchen, I’ll be your guide for this hands-on charcuterie class, sharing tips, techniques, and flavor pairings that make every board a showstopper.

Charcuterie: The Art of the Board

From sweet to savory, this hands-on charcuterie class will show you how to build stunning boards for any occasion. You’ll create a decadent dessert board, a vibrant winter graze board, and a classic charcuterie board filled with meats, cheeses, fruits, and more. Learn the art of arrangement, pairing flavors, and styling your boards so every bite is as beautiful as it is delicious — perfect for casual gatherings or elegant events.

Menu — $65 per person

The Gather & Graze Board includes:

  • Cheesy Brussels Sprouts Dip

  • Cinnamon-Spiced Candied Nuts

  • Herbed Chickpea & Bean Hummus

Our Winter Harvest Board includes:

  • Pomegranate-Apple Salsa with Jalapeño & Cilantro

  • Crispy Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips

  • Creamy Dill Dip

Our Decadent Drizzle & Dip Board includes:

  • White Chocolate Cheesecake–Filled Strawberries

  • Speculoos Cookie Butter Spread

  • Mini Ghirardelli Brownie Bites

Please join us from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm - Doors open at 1:15

Ages 10 and up are welcome, however if under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

All classes are BYOB so please feel free to bring a drink of your choice! Water and Soda will be provided.

Liability waivers must be completed and returned no later than the day prior to your cooking experience. Liability waivers are accessible through the link below the “Add to Cart” button.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the class date can request to be placed in a different class, or receive a refund minus a 5% processing fee.  NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class date. You may transfer your seat to someone else if you must cancel within 7 days of class.

We understand life happens and unexpected events occur. However please understand that Chef Leo’s Food Lab is a small business with only 8-10 guests attending each class. In the days leading up to your class, we have made the necessary purchases and arrangements to ensure the best experience possible for everyone. DAY OF cancellations affects the staff and customers in that class. While we do our best to get seats filled, we are not responsible for last minute illnesses and work related conflicts.

We reserve the right to cancel class due to low attendance. If class is cancelled due to attendance, you will receive the option of a full refund or a spot in a future class of your choice as long as that class is not full.
