We are VERY excited to announce our newest workshop! Same fun vibe with a BYOB option, different class. The workshop will teach you everything you need to know to start baking at home! We will go through the entire process of making your own sourdough and caring for your sourdough starter, so you feel confident in your newly learned skills once you’re on your own.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

  • How to mix, shape, score and bake a sourdough loaf

  • Sourdough starter care & maintenance

SOURDOUGH KIT INCLUDES:

  • A scale, bowl, dough, whisk, bench scraper, pastry brush, spatula, tea towel, lame with razor blade.

IF YOU OPT OUT OF A SOURDOUGH KIT:

  • (Please read carefully) You are “REQUIRED” to bring your own scale, bowl, spatula and tea towel. If you fail to bring these items, you will NOT be able to participate in class.

WHAT YOU GO HOME WITH

  • A loaf to bake at home, a live sourdough starter, a sourdough kit (optional) and a plethora of knowledge to feel confident in making your own sourdough at home!

Light refreshments, juice and water will be served.

Please join us from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm - Doors open at 10:45 am

Ages 10 and up are welcome, however if under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

All classes are BYOB so please feel free to bring a drink of your choice! Water and Soda will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the class date can request to be placed in a different class, or receive a refund minus a 5% processing fee.  NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class date. You may transfer your seat to someone else if you must cancel within 7 days of class.

We understand life happens and unexpected events occur. However please understand that Chef Leo’s Food Lab is a small business with only 8-10 guests attending each class. In the days leading up to your class, we have made the necessary purchases and arrangements to ensure the best experience possible for everyone. DAY OF cancellations affects the staff and customers in that class. While we do our best to get seats filled, we are not responsible for last minute illnesses and work related conflicts.

We reserve the right to cancel class due to low attendance. If class is cancelled due to attendance, you will receive the option of a full refund or a spot in a future class of your choice as long as that class is not full.
