Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the class date can receive a refund minus a 5% processing fee.  NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class date. You may transfer your seat to someone else if you must cancel within 7 days of class.

We understand life happens and unexpected events occur. However please understand that Chef Leo’s Food Lab is a small business with only 8-10 guests attending each class. In the days leading up to your class, we have made the necessary purchases and arrangements to ensure the best experience possible for everyone. DAY OF cancellations affects the staff and customers in that class. While we do our best to get seats filled, we are not responsible for last minute illnesses and work related conflicts.

We reserve the right to cancel class due to low attendance. If class is cancelled due to attendance, you will receive the option of a full refund or a spot in a future class of your choice as long as that class is not full.

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes after the posted class start time, may not be granted access to the class. This will be determined on a case by case basis. If you are running late, please EMAIL Chefleotonight@gmail.com or TEXT ‪(480) 331-4266.
